About the position
The Vice President, National Accounts is responsible for the overall success and profitability of the FASTSIGNS National Accounts division. This leader will drive the strategic direction for sales, operations, and project management, holding full P&L accountability. Reporting directly to the FASTSIGNS National Advertising Council (NAC), you will serve as a key brand ambassador for FASTSIGNS, leading a dedicated team to expand our portfolio of major accounts, nurture critical vendor partnerships, and drive revenue through the FASTSIGNS franchise network.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with an understanding of the sign and graphics industry. You are a strategic and decisive leader with a proven track record of P&L ownership and driving significant sales growth. As a natural team builder, you excel at coaching and developing high-performing teams. Your exceptional communication skills allow you to build strong relationships, present confidently to executive boards, and serve as a credible ambassador for the FASTSIGNS brand with clients, vendors, and franchisees.

Essential Functions
  • Assume full P&L responsibility for the FASTSIGNS National Accounts division, including strategic planning, budgeting, and achieving financial targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales and operations teams to drive new business, retain and grow existing clients, and ensure project success.
  • Serve as the primary signatory and decision-maker for all Master Service Agreements and legal contracts with national customers.
  • Represent the National Accounts division at company events and in formal presentations to the NAC Board.
  • Collaborate with FASTSIGNS franchisees to drive business opportunities through the network and ensure alignment.

What We Need
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales and leadership, with significant experience in the sign and graphics industry.
  • Demonstrated success managing a full P&L for a department or business unit.

Additional Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
